QISY Privacy Policy

QI Construction AB, which provides the service QISY (”QISY”), a web-based/application tool, processes your personal data on behalf of QI Construction’s contracting party (your employer or its subcontractor) who is the personal data manager for the relevant processing, to provide QISY to you. QI Construction is therefore a personal data assistant for this processing.

For parts of the personal data processing, service providers of hosting, e-mail and SMS distribution will also have access to your personal data. Some of the service providers may have parts of their operations in a country outside the EU / EEA. Transfers are only made to countries that, according to the European Commission, have an adequate level of protection or that the supplier has a legally binding and enforceable instrument that guarantees the security of the data, eg. connected to Privacy Shield or adopted so-called standard contract clauses.

The personal information processed is your name, social security number, location data, user ID, contact information, device data, operating system, time of login and changes of data. QISY’s contracting party, your employer, or its subcontractor, will receive processed information.

Your personal data is processed with the aid of consent in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.

You can always revoke your consent at any time, which means that you can no longer use the service. This can be done via e-mail to QISYSupport@qicon.se.

QISY will process the data for the time needed for the agreement with QISY’s contracting party to be fully implemented during the time of the contractual relationship. The data is then automatically deleted.

To exercise your rights such as the right of access, the right to rectify the right to be forgotten, the right to restriction and objection, the right to contact the supervisory authority with complaints about the personal data processing and the right to data portability, please contact your employer or its subcontractor.
